  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may qualify for a return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
  • Wrong Product Sent: If we have sent you the wrong item, we will accept the return and send the correct product upon verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products, including weed, wax, edibles, hash, and prerolls. Once opened, these products cannot be resold.

Non-returnable items include:

3. Refund Process
